the ELMA relief foundation
The ELMA Relief Foundation’s mission is to provide post-emergency disaster emergency assistance throughout the globe with special attention to the needs of children, who often suffer disproportionately in the aftermath of such tragedies. These aims are accomplished through strategic partnerships to achieve one or more of three goals:

to provide appropriately targeted relief response to affected people, with an emphasis on underserved populations;

to support successful disaster risk reduction activities; and
-
to strengthen the strategic development of local capacity in relief response and disaster risk reduction.
While The ELMA Relief Foundation pursues these aims on a global scale, our approach focuses on children and on Africa, thus leveraging the work and impact of The ELMA Foundation.
